Privacy Policy

Effective · August 11, 2026

DWS treats your personal information with care and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and other applicable laws. This policy covers the personal information collected through the inquiry form on the PULSE website.

01

Information we collect

DWS (“the Company”) collects the following information in order to respond to sales inquiries and partner applications.

  • Required · name, company, work email, phone number
  • Optional · anything you choose to write in the message field
  • Collected automatically · access time, browser and device information

Please do not enter sensitive information or national identification numbers in the message field.

02

Why we collect it

  • Responding to inquiries and holding follow-up conversations
  • Understanding your equipment and advising on deployment
  • Reviewing partner applications and notifying you of the outcome
  • Statistical analysis to improve the service, in a form that cannot identify individuals
03

How long we keep it

We keep the information for three years from the date of your inquiry and then delete it without delay. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we do so immediately.

Where a law requires longer retention, we keep the records for the period that law specifies. For example, records of contracts and withdrawal of subscription are kept for five years, and records of consumer complaints and dispute resolution for three years, under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.

04

Sharing with third parties

We do not provide your personal information to third parties. The only exceptions are when you have given prior consent, and when an investigative authority requests it through a lawful procedure.

05

Processing carried out by others

We may have a cloud infrastructure provider handle the receipt and storage of inquiries on our behalf, limited to what running the service requires. Such contracts set out the safeguards required to keep personal information secure and we supervise compliance. If the provider or the scope of that work changes, we will disclose it in this policy.

06

Your rights

You may at any time ask to access, correct, delete, or suspend the processing of your personal information. Send your request to the contact below and we will act on it without delay.

You may decline to consent to the collection and use of your personal information. If you decline for the required fields, we may not be able to reply to your inquiry.

07

How we delete it

Personal information is deleted without delay once the retention period ends or the purpose of processing is fulfilled. Electronic files are erased by technical means that make them unrecoverable, and printed material is shredded or incinerated.

08

How we keep it safe

  • Access limited to the smallest possible number of staff, with tiered permissions
  • Encryption in transit over HTTPS and access control at rest
  • Retention of access logs for systems that process personal information
